KeymasterHello everyone, welcome to the forum! I know many of you have faced issues with deposits not reflecting in your Ok Win account. Here’s a step-by-step guide that should help you resolve this:
Double-check your Ok Win account to confirm the money hasn’t been deposited yet.
If it’s not there, go to the customer service section in the app.
Look for the option “Deposit Not Received.”
Enter your Ok Win ID, the deposited amount, your transaction’s UTR number, and proof of payment.
Submit the issue.
You can track the status of your query under the “Verify Issue Progress” option.
Once your issue is verified, your deposit will be credited. 😊

KeymasterGreat question, Ravi! If the UTR number isn’t available, you can still submit your issue with all other details like Ok Win ID, transaction amount, and payment proof. Ok Win support usually responds within a couple of days, and they’ll look into it.
