    I deposited money into my Ok Win account, but it hasn’t been credited yet. The amount is deducted from my bank account. What should I do? 😟

    Hello everyone, welcome to the forum! I know many of you have faced issues with deposits not reflecting in your Ok Win account. Here’s a step-by-step guide that should help you resolve this:

    Double-check your Ok Win account to confirm the money hasn’t been deposited yet.

    If it’s not there, go to the customer service section in the app.

    Look for the option “Deposit Not Received.”

    Enter your Ok Win ID, the deposited amount, your transaction’s UTR number, and proof of payment.

    Submit the issue.

    You can track the status of your query under the “Verify Issue Progress” option.

    Once your issue is verified, your deposit will be credited. 😊

    Hey Yash, thanks for this. Quick question, what if the UTR number isn’t available for a bank transfer? Should I just wait for confirmation from Ok Win support?

    Great question, Ravi! If the UTR number isn’t available, you can still submit your issue with all other details like Ok Win ID, transaction amount, and payment proof. Ok Win support usually responds within a couple of days, and they’ll look into it.
